I have been in the lending industry since 1999. With over 11 years of experience, I have had the privilege of being the Chairman of the Ohio Association of Mortgage Professionals.

The loan process has traditionally been a "seat-of-your-pants" process with very few checks and balances to prevent important issues from slipping through the cracks. With my focus on Raving Fan Service, I have developed nearly two dozen proprietary systems, forms and programs that make the loan process infinitely more efficient than that of traditional lenders.
Away from the office, I enjoy golfing, biking and a variety of other outdoor activities. My wife Janelle and I have two daughters Savanna and Sydnie.
