Meet Howie
With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I have specialized in government loans including special training for FHA, VA and USDA as well as all conventional loans.
My goal is to have a personal relationship with every borrower that extends beyond the closing. It is helping everyone achieve their goal of successful home ownership now and in the future, and in doing so, to make each customer a customer for life. I want to make the home buying experience fun. I am dedicated to going the extra mile to get loans done that other banks cannot do.
I am a lifelong resident of Blanchester, Ohio along with my wife Amy. My hobbies include sports, playing guitar, camping and kayaking.

Loan Programs
Conventional
The classic loan type - with lower downpayments this will require private mortgage insurance, but I have a lot of options to help.
FHA
Gov't sponsored program that helps borrowers who can't afford a high down payment or who may have credit score issues.
USDA
These loans are gov't backed and are 0% down programs that help set you up with loans as long as the house isn't in the middle of a city.
VA
VA loans are a benefit to our veterans. They're low interest rate loans with no downpayment required.
